Blue bolt/spear spells not firing

So I've encountered a bug that periodically stops me from casting spear spells. And it's highly frustrating when I'm having to do the puzzles, which are required for story progressing, and no where to over come this issue. I am on PS5. If that helps any.

Hey @yuri_smith834 

Can we try the following, if you have not already?

• Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
• Check for updates 
• Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

@EA_Illium Still having this issue after following steps. This needs to be patched!

@EA_Illium This is a horrible bug when it happens during a boss fight or while trying to solve puzzles!!!
