Afraid we wouldn't be able to provide any information about an account or a ban/suspension via the forums.
You would need to reach out to our Terms of Service team to have this looked into further as that's not something we can do here.

What do you do if you are innocently banned and TOS wont do anything? You just lose your account and all the time/money you spent on it? Why isnt there another way to make sure people dont lose their accounts other than one dept?
I have been waiting on resolution for my account since Dec and still nothing. What is the failsafe for this?
