Penalties for rage quits.

Please can you add some sort of penalty for rage quitters? Literally 9/10 games I play people just rage quit as soon as they come across a little adversity. It should be something like you cannot join a match for 5 minutes after you rage quit and then it should double for each consecutive quit

Some reason I like the rage quits. It lets me know I mentally broke my opponent. I've got over a thousand wins and less the 150 losses. Out of my wins I have over 300 rage quit wins. Just wish they added a forced animation of a towel being thrown in and doctors checking the opponent.  Alternatively in ranked id make rage quits drop you 100 points.
