I have paid for my 30 day subscription in steam. I have a receipt. However ingame i still have preferred status.

Will check the account for issues with swtor support when they are online for the day, and have your email 

 

response will be in about 8 - 9 hrs when they are online

Support said they dont see an email from you as yet with the steam screenshots, be sure to send that in
