Missing buildings

Hey guys, So I open the Simpson tapped out this morning and I have lost everything to do with the nuclear reactors and the spring field library.

I can’t buy them in the in game store as they aren’t coming up. I can’t progress the game as the Springfield library doesn’t exist.

Seen in my screenshots I still have Martin and Mr burns unlocked but they were in a mountain when I logged on? I need the library to get Bart to complete a task to progress in the game but obviously I can’t do that when nothing to do with the nuclear reactor or Springfield library can be bought.

I still have both characters unlocked but I am essentially locked from progressing any further in the game no matter what I do.

ive attached screenshots, can anyone let me know if they found solutions as I’ve tried reinstalling, relogging in and resetting my entire phone (IOS If that changes anything?)
