Why are good scouts so hard to come across in the first few years of franchise mode? It’s kind of annoying that I have to wait till the offseason to hire any scout above a C overall, even then there’s only about 10-12 scouts that are A and B overall. It’d be nice to see more scouts with a higher overall in my opinion.

The first few drafts are what I look forward to most with a custom roster and lots of prospects. But I have to spend so much time scouting players multiple times. Potential and comparison takes too long per player as well.
