Portal editor rules not working properly

2 issues in Potral at the moment.

1. When teleporting an Mcom into the game, it is place at the co-ordinates but does not show on the mini map.

2. when saving changes to the rules in portal it states "experience saved" but doesn't actually save the changes.

Very frustrating, hope you can help.
