Campaign items missing after completing

Hi! So I completed the whole campain at 2024.06.04, on normal difficulty and choose to sacraface Irish wich means I had to got the m249 gun, which I didn't got, after days later contacted the EA help for any forther information, after a little chat the guy who I was talking to said that he will be on the case. Today I checked to any forther action, but still nothing happened and my achievement is still on my profile so I would be happy if you would fix that.

I recommend you try beating the level once again. Most likely this should do the trick.
