Last month, we celebrated National Trails Day on Hancock Hill with two hikes (can you spot the other group in the background?). This month, Dr. Chris Ritzi will lead a 1.8-mile moderately strenuous hike across Hancock Hill, discussing the insect and arthropod diversity of the region, and their importance in our desert ecosystem.
