Palanga 0.9.4

This is an early version of the Palanga circuit, located near the city of Palanga, Lithuania. It's a temporary circuit, constructed on a highway intersection for the annual 1006km endurance race.

Installation:
* Drag & drop into Content Manager or extract into content/tracks folder.
If you get TRACK NOT FOUND error when loading the track, make sure you have Custom Shaders Patch installed. I don't know the reason, but it seems to only work this way.

Details:
* Modeled using 5m LIDAR. Bumps are not accurate, but height and angles are pretty close.
* Two layouts: endurance (used since 2014) and drift
* 31 pitboxes

Thanks to Ben O'Bro for his free pack of track props! I used some of them as a basis for this track.

Some things still to do:
* surrounding details (far buildings)
* more granular physical mesh
* AI. If anyone can figure out how to get them around the circuit safely - let me know!
* (hopefully) refueling in the gas station, like they do in real-life. Currently, doesn't seem possible
