As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Mocap / VO Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Producer - Mocap / VO
Responsibilities
- Ultimately responsible for a great delivery from the voice and performance capture pipelines
- Become Larian’s SAG expert, including legal requirements, contracts, negotiations, and rates
- Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and action plans
- Ensure cohesion and visibility between departments, from writing all the way to cinematics, VFX & sound design
- Help analyse existing solutions and propose improvements
- Help set up and update high level roadmap and organise the planning
- Agent liaison & actor booking
- Actor & Crew invoicing approval
- Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests
- Track work and progress and react accordingly
- Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions
- Troubleshoot & track motion capture issues
- Troubleshoot & track missing or problematic VO lines
Requirements
- Relevant experience in game or video production, or related fields.
- Experience in game development and game production
- Good English communication, writing and reporting skills
- Serve as the voice of reason and reality check in the room
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify correct priorities and enter finishing mode
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of the technical aspects of audio and video production
Nice to haves
- Experience with voice and performance capture technologies and processes
- Experience with actors, directors and other creative productions
