  2. Install 7-zip, then right click on downloaded nvse_6_2_5.7z and select Extract files... and press Ok
  3. Open the extracted folder, select all the files, then drag them into your base Fallout New Vegas game folder (located within ..\Steam\steamapps\common if installed through Steam)
