Description[]
Hrungnir of the Frost is a Frost Giant dungeon boss that can be found in the throne room at the end of the center path in The Temple of Frost. He is guarded by several Frost Giants.
There is a recipe tablet behind the throne that teaches Black Ice Broadsword, Black Ice Longsword, Black Ice Pickaxe, Black Ice Javelin and Black Ice Throwing Axe.
Combat[]
- He has a charge attack where it looks like he is pulling the surrounding cold to strike you, which deals an enormous amount of damage.
- When you first enter his throne room, he looks to be alone. There are two frost giants to the left and right. Attack and get rid of them before attacking him.
- For most of his attacks, dodging right and left is your best bet for defeating him. Dodging backwards still put you in range of his attacks.
