- Defeating the Brother of the Blood and consuming his Flesh of Remembrance will give you the knowledge of Jhebbal Sag's altars and religious items.
- It is possible, but unconfirmed, that the Brother of the Blood is Impisi, the Child of Jhebbal Sag's brother.

As a Werewolf, he drops 
Feral Flesh, Flesh of Remembrance, 
Wolf Pelt and you have a good chance of getting 
Shadebloom.
Combat[]
- The Brother of the Blood will attack you immediately with some very fast claw attacks and is too fast to successfully dodge him.
- The player can block nearly all of the Brother of the Blood's strikes with a shield and wait until he performs his howl animation, which is the right moment to land one or two hits and than start blocking again.
