As shown in the picture, ea shows that one of my bundles has been removed, but I don't know what happened. Can anyone explain it to me and tell me what I should do?
Hi @Atmoswhale Try restarting the EA app, it might just be having an issue. If that doesn't solve the problem, though, then you'll need to open a case with EA Help at help.ea.com.

Sorry, @Atmoswhale, I missed your reply on Wednesday.
If the game is still missing, then you'll need to open a case at help.ea.com so a Game Advisor can take a look at your account.
These steps should let you open a case:
- Search for Battlefield 4.
- Choose the "I need help finding my game" support topic.
- Select the option to open a case or initiate a live chat (it gave me the live chat option but sometimes it's different).
