Battlefield 4 and hardline cant connect

Hello for some reason my account can't connect to the Battlefield 4 or hardline 3y0 servers. It isn't my Internet as other accounts can and I'm not blocked as I can connect to Battlefield 3 on the 360 can someone help please?
