BATTLELOG unlocked emblem still locked [ Edited ]

I know it's an old issue lasting many years but i could simply not find any true way to solve it

I unlocked the funny muscular arm emblem (i forgot the name for it) but i cannot use it in the battlelog emblem customization, i already made like 90% of the emblem but the one part i needed the most stayed locked and i haven't realised that part.

I just need a fix to continue the emblem because i really like it and i spent some time on it.

And yes, i already re-logged in, resetted my PC, resetted the cache, done everything but nothing worked.
